Every year Vanderbilt Women’s Basketball donates season tickets to all of their home games for our Mercy girls to go and cheer them on. The girls love to attend the games and enjoy a night out.
Last Thursday, the Lady Vanderbilt Commodores had a huge game against previously undefeated and #6 nationally ranked Georgia. The Lady Commodores had lost their last 2 games, and really needed a win. However, this was going to be a challenge because no other team had been able to conquer the streaking Bulldogs. The Mercy girls were so excited to be a part of supporting the team and cheering them on to victory. The Lady Commodores showed up ready to play, and ended with a dominating win – 66-44!! Congratulations to the Vanderbilt Commodores and thanks for allowing our Mercy girls to be a part of cheering you on!
