Way to Go Runners!!

Our 5K Run in Nashville was a huge success! We had 429 participants and raised $30,000!! Even though it was a bit nippy for the bystanders, the runners tell us it was the perfect weather scenario for them. Our volunteers loved it, our girls loved it, and we got so many great pictures from the event. It was truly a special time, and I wanted to show you some of the highlights from the fun! Thanks to everyone who gave of themselves and their resources to make this all possible.

It was such a blessing to be a part of the 2009 Run/Walk for Mercy Ministries in Nashville, TN. Just got back from taking a Beth Moore study her latest one which is Inheritance. It was interesting she was talking tonight about how crucial it is to take authority over your past Romans 8:28
How crucial it its for the past to be under our feet so that we may stand in Victory over it. For only when its under our feet and we are standing on it only to be used when prompted by the Holy-Spirit Then God can use it for His glory and the enemy gets smacked in the face with it. "The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance." Psalm 16:6 ESV
God gives us this land and then we are to take it. Must read is Ephesians 1:18 When I learned that God calls me His glorious inheritance Talk about being stretched spiritually. When everyone walked/run for Mercy Ministries. It was an opportunity for each and every one of us to take ground back from the enemy. So that we can stand on it with the ground under our feet giving God all the glory.
